1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Fresh notices were issued to the appellants. As per office report, appellant No.1 remains unserved due to incomplete details. Appellant Nos. 2, 6 and 7 are stated to have died. Appellant Nos.3 to 5 remain unserved with the report that they were not found at the time of service. Appellant Nos.8 to 11 remain unserved with the report that they are not residing at the given address.

2. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Even none has come forward on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased-appellants for being impleaded as party. There is no other address of the appellants available except for the one mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. 3. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
