1. The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 04.03.2023, registered under Sections 21(b), 22(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station City Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

2. As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 1 year, 2 months and 9 days and is involved in 5 more cases under the NDPS Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage.
