Present revision petition has been filed under Section 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against impugned judgment of conviction dated 21.02.2022 and order of sentence dated 22.02.2022 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ganaur, District Sonipat, upheld by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonipat vide impugned judgment dated 04.09.2023, whereby appeal filed by petitioner against above said judgment and order was dismissed.
(2) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present revision petition.
(3) Ordered accordingly.
