1. The petitioners petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to call for the record of respondents concerning the detailing of Head Constables for Intermediate School Course which continued from October' 2001 to April'' 2002. They y are further seeking setting aside of appointment of private respondents and direction to respondents to prepare seniority list from the date of passing the lower school course.

2. Durin the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner filed During CM No.9685 9685 of 2005 200 seeking disposal of main petition in the light of judgment passed by this t Court in HC Tara Singh and others v. State of Punjab and others, others CWP No.16997 of 2001.

3. Respondent Respondent-State in its reply dated 27.07.2006 has conceded that State has implemented judgment of this Court in HC Tara Singh (supra).

4. In view of stand of respondent respondent-State, nothing survives and accordingly the present petition is hereby disposed of.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application, if cause survives.
