1. Perusal of the record reveals that present writ petition was filed by Sukhdev Singh, and subsequently, on account of death of Sukhdev Singh, his legal representatives were brought on record, vide order dated 01.03.2016 and amended memo of parties was also taken on record and said application was moved by Mr. Jasbir Singh, Advocate.

2. Thereafter, he did not appear on 12.12.2016, 27.04.2017, 19.04.2018, 17.01.2019, 04.04.2019, 29.07.2019, 06.11.2019, and after appearing once on 12.03.2020, he did not appear on 25.05.2023, and also on 12.12.2023.

3. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of legal representatives of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed in default.

5. Let copy of this order be forwarded at the address of the legal representatives mentioned in the amended memo of parties.
