1. All the learned counsels for the parties are ad idem that the prayer made in the present writ petition is covered by a judgment passed by this Court in CWP-7875-2021, titled as Manish Kumar versus Haryana Staff Selection Commission and another which was allowed in terms of judgment in CWP-2667-2022 and therefore, the present writ petition may also be allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

2. By way of an interim order passed by this Court on 11.02.2022, one post of Divisional/Revenue Accountant was kept vacant, which according to the learned counsel for the respondent-DHBVNL is still lying vacant.

3. In view of the aforesaid position, the present writ petition is allowed in the same terms as in CWP-7875-2021 and CWP-2667-2022.
