Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to enter and sanction the mutation with regard to land measuring 5 kanal 14 marlas bearing khasra No.4//13 and 18/1 situated in the area of village Naushehra, District Amritsar, in favour of petitioner on the basis of judgment and decree dated 30.09.2016, Anenxure P-1, passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Amritsar, in the Civil suit No.147/16.01.2015.

Learned State counsel at the outset has submitted, on instructions from Amarjeet Singh, Tehsildar, Amritsar II, that the mutation, as prayed for by the petitioner in the present petition has been sanctioned in her favour by respondent No.3-Tehsildar on 09.05.2024.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, it is apparent that grievances raised by the petitioner have already been redressed and thus, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
