Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner against a suitable 'Group D' post with effect from 01.10.2003 as he being entitled to regularization of his services vide office order dated 12.08.2016 along with all consequential benefits.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-2158-2024 titled as 'Ashish Sharma and others Vs. State of Haryana and others' and other connected cases, which is based on the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP No.4531 of 2023 titled as 'State of Haryana and ors. Vs. Balwinder Singh and ors.'.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the same. The present petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court in the matter of Ashish Sharma and others (Supra).
