The petitioner has challenged the impugned judgment dated 01.05.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani and the judgment dated 07.09.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhiwani whereby he has been convicted under Sections 279 and 337 IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months and a fine of Rs.1000/-.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has completed the sentence awarded to him by the trial Court and was released on 23.09.2019.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
