1. Learned counsel for the appellants states that the appellants have since died and their legal representatives have not come forward to be impleaded as party and hence he pleads no instructions in the matter.

2. In view of the fact that the appellants have died and their legal representatives are not coming forward to be impleaded as party, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non- prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
