TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA J. (ORAL):

The petitioners are working as Assistant Professor on contract basis, and the petition has been filed claiming minimum pay scale by relying upon a judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.1887 of 2019 titled Kalyan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others, dated 28.11.2023. In appeal, LPA No.733 of 2024, the said judgment stands modified by the Division Bench vide judgment dated 30.4.2024.

2. Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that the petitioners' pending legal notice will be considered and decided by the second respondent/Director General, Higher Education Department in terms of the law laid down by this Court in appeal, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order, and 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 15-05-2024 22:59:35 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:065767 CWP No.10909 of 2024 -2- due benefits will be released.
