1. Mr. Ankit Rana, Advocate has appeared and has filed his memorandum of appearance on behalf of respondent No.4. The same is taken on record.
2. No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Fresh notice was issued to the parties. As per the Office report, the sole appellant has since died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellant.
