1. Vide order dated 08.01.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the office report, appellant Nos.1 and 5 are stated to have died. Appellant Nos.2 to 4 and 6 to 8 remain unserved due to incomplete address. The sole respondent is also stated to have died. This is the only address appellant Nos.2 to 4 and 6 to 8 which was given in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees of both the Courts. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant Nos.1 and 5 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
