The petitioners, by way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seek quashing of FIR No. 139, dated 18.03.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 & 307 of IPC and Sections 25-54-59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala and all consequential proceedings arising out therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 20.04.2022 (Annexure P-2).
[2] At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 09.02.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
[3] Disposed off as infructuous.
