Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) argues that the question of law in the present petitions has already been answered by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP No. 17012 of 2019 titled as Parmod Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 15.07.2021, which also involve the same facts as involved in the present petitions.
Learned counsel for the respondents has not been able to dispute the said fact.
Keeping in view the above, the present petitions are disposed of in terms of the direction given in judgment passed in Parmod Kumar's case (supra).
A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected cases.
