The copy of judgment of learned Judge, Special Court, Fast Track Court, Ferozepur, is taken on record.

2. This fact is also not disputed by learned State counsel.

3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
