1. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, for directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to implement the conditions of appointment order/letter dated 28.12.2016 (Annexure P-2).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment passed by a Co-ordiante Bench of this Court in CWP-11106-2021, titled as Dev Singh and others Versus State of Punjab and others, decided on 07.09.2021.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Tarwinder Singh, Sr. Assistant, Department of Local Govt. Punjab, has not disputed the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Disposed of in the same terms as in CWP-11106-2021.
