Prayer in the present petition is for issuing directions to the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners to the tune of Rs.50,00,000/- (with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till the date of realization of the amount of such compensation), due to the death of Sukhwinder Singh by strucking with the pothole, resulting into the death of victim Sukhwinder Singh (husband of petitioner No.1, father of petitioners No.2 and 3).
2. Disposed of in terms of judgment passed in CWP No.22904 of 2016, titled as 'Rajwinder Kaur and anr. Vs. State of Haryana and ors.', decided on 18.08.2023.
