Learned counsel for the appellants submits that she has no longer any instructions from the appellants. The only instructions given to her by the appellants was that they wanted to change the counsel.
However, no one else has made appearance on behalf of the appellants.
Apart from above, perusal of the paper book would reveal that a suit simpliciter for permanent injunction filed by the plaintiffs-appellants was dismissed by the trial Court. The judgment and decree of the trial Court was upheld by the First Appellate Court and, thus, this regular second appeal is against the concurrent findings.
Having regard to the fact that nobody else is making appearance on behalf of the appellants, this Court does not find any ground so as to adjourn the matter.
Dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
