Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. It has however, been requested that the trial Court be directed to dispose of his stay application which is still pending at an early date.
In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as have been raised herein before the revisional Court. It is further directed that in case the trial Court is unable to take up the matter for final arguments in near future, then effort be made to at least dispose of the stay application in the shortest possible time.
