3. This is the defendant's Regular Second Appeal against the judgment passed by the courts below while deciding the suit for recovery of istridhan to the tune of Rs. 1,16,660.67 paisa. The daughter- in-law has filed a suit against her mother-in-law. However, both the parties are not represented. It appears that with the passage of time, the parties are no longer interested in prosecuting this litigation.
