1. The present suit was for declaration and mandatory injunction directing the defendant-appellants to register the sale deed dated 27.05.1988. The suit was decreed by the Trial Court. Aggrieved by the same, an appeal was preferred by the State which appeal was also dismissed vide judgment and decree dated 16.11.1994.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff-respondent states that the matter has been rendered infructuous as the relief already stands granted and the sale deed has since been registered.
3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
