1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the action of the respondents where the advertisement No.09/2017 has been issued for Assistant Professor on contract.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that since the petitioners had worked upto 02.06.2017 and were replaced by regular employees and not contractual, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to controvert the aforesaid.
4. The present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
