1. The present is a fully burnt case and there is no record available pertaining to present petition. The Registry has not been able to reconstruct the file despite best efforts. Even none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
