LPA-788-2024 Challenge in the present letters patent appeal is to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 15.01.2024 passed in CWP-27167-2023 'Manbeer Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others'. The Learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition in terms of the orders passed in CWP- 25730-2023 'Arpit Passi and others Vs. State of Punjab and others' and others connected cases decided on the same day.

2. Appeals arising out of the said order have been dismissed, lead case of which was LPA-418-2024 'Ankush Sharma Vs. State of Punjab and others', vide separate detailed judgment of even date.

3. Faced with this situation, counsel for the appellant fairly submits that he is not in a position to press the present letters patent appeal and same be disposed of in terms of order dated 21.03.2024 passed in LPA-418-2024.

4. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed in terms of the judgment passed in above said appeal.
