1. The present revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to decide the petition (Annexure P-10), filed by the petitioner, under Section 28-A (3) of the Land Acquisition Act, for modification of the Award dated 04.06.2015 passed by the Land Acquisition Collector, and for enhancement of the amount of compensation with regard to acquisition of the land of the petitioners in terms of the judgment dated 27.05.2016 passed in RFA-8898- 2014, with certain other prayers made in the petition.

3. On the asking of this Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. He, on instructions from Sh. Jai Bhagwan, Naib Tehsildar, and Sh. Parveen, ADA, has submitted that the reference sought by the petitioner has since been sent to the Reference Court, vide Endst. No.877 dated 05.02.2024. Accordingly, the present petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
