1. The present appeal has been filed by the plaintiff against the concurrent judgments passed by both the Courts below whereby his suit for permanent injunction i.e. to restrain defendant from interfering in his peaceful possession and cultivating the suit land was dismissed and findings were affirmed in appeal.
2. Vide order dated 29.09.1999, the present appeal was admitted.
3. As per report of the Registry, the counsel representing the parties have been elevated to the Bench of this Court. It has been further reported that the appellant as well as respondent have died.
4. As on date, no application has been moved by the LRs of the deceased-appellant to prosecute the present appeal.
5. Since there is no representation on behalf of either side, present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, in case any cause still survives, the LRs of the deceased-appellant, if any, are at liberty to move an application for revival of this appeal.
