Learned counsel for the appellant-State submits that it is not known whether the respondent-plaintiff is in service or is alive and the judgment of the Courts below was stayed hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to revive the same in case any execution is filed by the respondent-plaintiff qua the judgment assailed in the present appeal.
