1. This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal in view of the fact that the matter has been compromised between the parties.
2. Notice of the application.
3. Mr. Vikrant Bhardwaj, Advocate appearing for Mr. Ashok Singla, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondents. He states that he is not aware of any compromise as stated in the application. However, since the prayer in the application is only for simpliciter withdrawal of the appeal by the applicant-appellant, he has no objection if the present application is allowed and the main case is permitted to be withdrawn.
