1. On 12.04.2023 none appeared on behalf of the appellant. On 16.11.2023 none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice. Today the learned counsel for the appellant states that the party had taken the brief. However, today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
2. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
