The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of impugned order dated 10.04.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by JMIC, Ludhiana, whereby the petitioner has been declared a Proclaimed Person in DDR No.23 dated 29.08.2020 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, at Police Station Focal Point Ludhiana, being cross case in FIR No.153 dated 19.08.2020 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Focal Point Ludhiana.

On 08.02.2024, the following order was passed:-

"The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the Trial Court.
List again on 20.03.2024.
In the meantime, if the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within one week from today, his bail application be decide by the Trial Court within one day thereafter."

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In pursuance to the afore-mentioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has been released on interim bail on 19.02.2024.
