1. The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for issuing appropriate directions to respondent Nos.1 to 5 to consider and take appropriate legal action on the representations, Annexure P-7, P-8, P-10, P-12, P- 13 and P-15 submitted by the petitioner.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to pursue the remedy before the Department.
