The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 22.03.1985 whereby the suit for permanent injunction filed by the plaintiff-appellant has been dismissed by the then Sub Judge IInd Class, Ludhiana; as well as against the judgment and decree dated 07.01.1986 passed by the then Addl. District Judge, Ludhiana, whereby the appeal preferred by the plaintiff-appellant against the judgment and decree dated 22.03.1985 (supra) has also been dismissed.
It is evident from a perusal of the order sheets that there has been no representation on behalf of the plaintiff-appellant since 30.01.2020. Notice sent to the plaintiff-appellant, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, has been received back with a report that the address is incomplete. Hence, the plaintiff-appellant can also not be served upon. The Registry has also made a report that the counsel for the parties have already been informed telephonically. However, despite the same, there is no representation on behalf of the plaintiff-appellant.
