CM-12544-CII-2023 This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 151 CPC for condonation of delay of 31 days in filing the application for restoration.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and delay of 31 days in filing the application for restoration of the main revision petition is hereby condoned. CM-12545-CII-2023 This is an application under Order 9 Rule 9 read with Section 151 CPC for restoration of the main revision petition.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed and the order dated 26.04.2023 is hereby recalled and the revision petition is restored to its original number.

1. Present Civil Revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for quashing the impugned judgment dated 02.06.2020 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Additional District Judge, Gurugram.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that at this stage, the petitioners would be satisfied, if the trial Court is directed to decide the civil suit filed by the petitioners (Annexure P-1), which is of the year 2019, as expeditiously as possible.

3. Keeping in view of the abovesaid facts and circumstances, and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present revision petition is disposed of with the direction to the trial Court to decide the Civil Suit dated 05.12.2019 (Annexure P-1), filed by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible.

4. It is needless to say that the all the counsel appearing before the trial Court would give full assistance to the trial Court in deciding the case as expeditiously as possible.
