VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL)

Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondent No.1 to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner to Bar Association, Rohtak for the purpose of allotment of chamber.

Counsel contends that similar matter came up for hearing before this Court in CWP-6089 of 2019 titled as "Deepak Sharma, Advocate Versus District Judge, Rohtak and others", which was decided vide judgment/order dated 03.03.2021, whereby the respondent-Bar Association had been directed to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner therein alongwith interest at the rate of 7% per annum w.e.f. 01.02.2019. The said order has also been followed by this Court in its judgment/order dated 06.12.2023 passed in CWP-23174- 2021 titled as "Ravinder Singh Hooda Versus The District Judge, Rohtak and others".

The factual aspects as also the applicability of the judgments/orders dated 03.03.2021 and 06.12.2023 respectively passed by this Court have thus remained uncontroverted.

Accordingly, the present petition also stands allowed in terms of order dated 03.03.2021 passed by this Court in Deepak Sharma's case (supra).
