1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Vide order dated 09.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, the appellants are not residing at the given address and the sole respondent is stated to have died. This is the only address of the appellants available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.
2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
