1. The present revision petition pertains to the year 1988 and is a fully burnt case. However, in view of the orders passed by Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, the old matters are now being listed in the urgent list. Neither the copy of the paper book nor the orders are available with the Court. Despite best efforts, the Registry has not been able to reconstruct the file. For the last many years, no endeavour has been made by the parties also to get the matter heard. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
