1. The petitioner herein is a defendant. He filed an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC to reject the plaint on the ground that the proper court fee has not been deposited which has been considered and rejected by the trial court.
2. In view of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Ratnavermaraju vs. Smt. Vimla, AIR 1961 SC 1299, no revision petition at the behest of the defendant is maintainable.
3. Hence, dismissed.
4. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
