1. Prayer is for setting aside impugned judgment dated 09.11.2023 passed by Sessions Judge, Nuh, judgment of conviction dated 14.11.2022 and order of sentence dated 22.11.2022 passed by JMIC, Nuh, whereby the petitioner has been convicted under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. Report has been received. As per the same, the proceedings have culminated in amicable settlement, whereby the complainant has accepted the settlement amount and has agreed to compound the offence of the petitioner.

3. In view of above, the present petition is disposed off. Offence for which the petitioner has been convicted vide impugned judgment dated 14.11.2022 and order of sentence dated 22.11.2022 passed by JMIC, Nuh upheld by Sessions Judge, Nuh vide order dated 09.11.2023 stand compounded.

4. Since the main case has been decided, pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands disposed off.
