***** AMAN CHAUDHARY. J.

1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing of speaking order dated 14.12.2018 whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by respondent No.3 and directing the respondents to revise the retiral benefits by granting him due promotion to the post of Junior Assistant.

2. As is evident from perusal of order dated 31.05.2016, passed in CWP-15819-2019, Annexure P-8, filed by the petitioner, challenging the same order dated 14.12.2018, it was withdrawn after arguing for some time to approach the Government. Confronted with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, being not maintainable.

3. Ordered accordingly.
