1. Two fold prayers have been made in the instant writ petition, which has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India.
2. Firstly, petitioner has sought a direction to the official respondents to take action against private respondents No.7 to 9 for having tampered with the record of society, respondent No.6, and causing loss and prejudice to the members of the Society.
3. On the basis of a xerox copy of the vetted reply, State counsel submits that warning letters bearing memo Nos.438 and 439 dated 27.03.2017 have been issued and respondent No.9 has been warned not Sheetal 2024.03.20 10:28 es @ accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment High Court, Chandigarh 2024: PHHC:038358 CWP-27208-2017 -2- to repeat the mistake in future. State counsel submits that in view of the above development, the first prayer has become infructuous.
4. Insofar as the second prayer is concerned, petitioner has sought a direction to the official respondents to prepare and finalize the voter list of the members of respondent No.6.
5. Upon instructions, State counsel submits that the elections to the Managing Committee of the Society have been held on 08.09.2019 and this prayer has also become infructuous.
6. In view of the above development, writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
