1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 08.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellants as well as the respondents. As per the Office report, notices issued to the appellants have been received back unserved with the report that the appellants are married. Notice issued to respondent No.1 has been received back unserved with the report that the said respondent is not residing at the given address. Respondent No.2 is stated to have died. Notices issued to respondents No.3 and 4 have been received back unserved with the report that the said respondents are married.
2. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellants except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below and is the same on which the notices were sent.
3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
