1. On 06.03.2024 the following order was passed :
"Record of the First Appellate Court has been received, however, the record of the Trial Court is yet to be received. Let a scanned copy be requisitioned forthwith. List on 18.03.2024.
It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on any account."
2. On first call a request for pass-over was made on behalf of learned counsel for the appellant. On the second call, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
