1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1992. Vide order dated 08.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, service of the sole appellant could not be effected due to incomplete address. Respondent No.1 remain unserved as no firm is located at the given address. Notice issued to respondent No.2 has been received back with the report that firm stands closed now. This is the only addresses which were given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.
2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
