1. Petitioner - Bijender Kumar, being workman has assailed order dated 05.05.2015 (Annexure P-3), vide which reference No.06 of 2008 has been answered against him, by learned Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Rohtak, by observing that as per Clause 13 of the contract Ex. MW-3 (executed between the parties), working of the workman i.e. doing apprenticeship training with the Management - respondent falls under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

2. In the award, it is further observed that workman has failed to make out his case i.e. his termination is illegal under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

3. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution.

5. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition with the prepration to argue the matter, within eight weeks from today, in LAVISHA 2024.03.19 10:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh CWP-10936-2016 -2- case, any substantive issue still exists along with a cause of action to the petitioner.
