1. On realising the confusion in regard to the actual opportunities afforded to the Management for cross-examining respondent No.2 - workman, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh one, with complete and correct particulars.

2. Accordingly, present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.

3. However, it is made clear that in case, any fresh petition is filed, petitioner - Management would place on record the copy of affidavit of the workman, submitted on 27.11.2018, and all orders passed by learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, thereon, till the time of filing of the fresh petition.

4. Pending miscellaneous application(s) also stands disposed of.
