The instant petition has been filed on behalf of Sanjay Sethi and Rajesh Jain seeking quashing of FIR No. 1230, dated 24.11.2018, Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC on the basis of compromise.

Today, learned Senior Counsel have stated that although previously the matter had been resolved amongst the parties, but subsequently some differences cropped up again on account of which the compromise could not materialize and that under these circumstances the MOHAN SINGH 2024.03.18 23:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment CRM-M-29284-2020 (O&M) -2- 2024:PHHC:038486 petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh, in case the parties are ad idem regarding compromise in future.

In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
