The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.12.1989 passed in Civil Suit No.211T dated 02.09.1987/14.03.1988 by the Sub Judge First Class, Nabha camp at Patiala as well as against the subsequent dismissal of the Civil Appeal No.121 of 02.02.1990 by the Court of Additional District Judge, Patiala, vide judgment dated 17.11.1992.
There had been no representation on behalf of the appellant, hence a notice was ordered to be issued to the parties vide order dated 08.12.2022.
As per office report, it is stated that the appellant and respondent No.2-defendant has passed away. There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.1 despite service.
Dismissed in default.
Liberty is, however, granted to the parties to seek revival of the present regular second appeal.
