1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiating contempt proceedings against respondents for non-compliance of order dated 09.01.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-300-2024; along with certain other prayers.

Mr. Pawan Kumar Longia, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents and has produced on record order dated 24.01.2024 passed by respondent No.1, whereby the Returning Officer has been appointed, as well as, the election schedule dated 14.03.2024, vide which the conduct of election has been made time bound. The Registry is directed to scan both the documents and make it part of the soft copy of the case.
4. In view of the above, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
