1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against respondent for non-compliance of order dated 19.10.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-23389- 2021.

2. In compliance of order dated 19.10.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by this court in CWP-23389-2021, the counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of speaking order passed by the respondents, which is taken on record. The Registry is directed to scan the same and make it part of the soft copy of the case.

3. The counsel for the respondents, after going through the aforesaid order, has submitted that the order, qua which contempt was asserted, has since been complied with by passing speaking order. No further action is required in the matter. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous.
